The Rivolver Mid Size Carbide Tip Woodturning Chisels are perfect for the serious wood turner who takes pride in their tools and the work they produce with them. These four tools feature either a diamond, round, square or radiused edge replaceable carbide tip for various operations in cutting.

Featuring 12.5″ Black Beech wood handles and an overall length of 19”, these heavy duty tools are perfect for smaller lathe work needing or for users more comfortable with a smaller grip handle. Carbide will last up to 50 times longer than high speed steel making these tools a pleasure and simple to use… no more hours at the grinder putting new sharp edges on your tools. Simply loosen the holding screw and change the tip to a new sharp edge… replace when all edges are used up.

Easy to master, these Rivolver Carbide Tip tools yield remarkably smooth forms that require minimal sanding. Unlike regular turning tools, which require a complex sweeping motion to maintain a smooth cut, these are designed to work by simply advancing or retracting the tip as you move them across the tool rest.

The screw-mounted tips can be loosened and rotated to expose a fresh edge once they eventually show signs of wear, and all can be easily removed for replacement.
