Replaces the following part numbers: OEM Ford E3PZ 9S552 K. A combination of an electric solenoid and a vacuum operated slow closer on a common shaft, that mounts on a carburetor and controls the idle position of the throttle valves. Used to provide A C speed up or anti diesel as well as slow closing of the throttle valves.
