This navy, wool, made in the USA, fedora is in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition. This style isn't mean to sit low and hug the head. It has a low center and is more of a teedering topper.

It is made of Doeskin felt which is 100% wool. Sports a fine red feather.
Made in the USA by Geo. W. Bollman & Co. and sold through Sus-Elle of Montreal.

Although the circumference measurement is closer to a small in terms of numbers, because this sits higher on the head I'd consider this a truer Medium. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
