Tell R&D to find a new flavor house, this tastes awful

This โ€œberryโ€ flavor tastes astoundingly terrible. It is a wonder to me that this could have passed any product development team. It is like the worst kind of cough medicine mixed with bitter off notes, and it is a very strong flavor, so it is very in your face. The orange original is not great tasting but not bad, you would assume they would only release a new flavor if it was better. They ought to call a flavor house and reformulate this, the technology exists to make this taste good, but wow, this is really unpleasant.

Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 1.46 Pound (Pack of 1)
This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.
