This piece has been air-dried to under 10% moisture content. I see no cracks, checks, or other significant flaws. This piece has been planed on four sides (S4S). There is an area of wane along one corner of the block. See photos to understand geometry of this wane corner, as you will want to consider it in your plans for the block.
