The Walrus Audio Eras Five-State Distortion is back in black. With a sleek new black encloser and redesigned graphics, this variant of the beloved distortion feels fresh. Under the hood, the Eras hosts a high-gain distortion that is ready to shred, chug, and palm mute.

Explore five different gain stage/eq settings with Eras's onboard five-way rotary switch. Modes ranging from LED to silicon tight modes with mid-range boots/cuts to dedicated rhythm settings, there are tons of sounds to be discovered. Eras's controls feature VOLUME, GAIN, BASS, TREBLE, and BLEND. BLEND allows users to blend the clean signal into the distortion, ensuring your attack doesn't get lost in the thick distortion.
