Insulated packaging is essential for safely shipping temperature-sensitive live products. It helps regulate internal box temperatures, protecting your animals from extreme heat, cold, and unpredictable conditions during transit.
During warmer months, insulated packaging includes cold packs to reduce overheating in trucks that can exceed 40°C. In colder months, we include heat packs to maintain safe warmth above 8°C. This packaging helps ensure live arrival and is highly recommended.
Live animal shipping is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. For best results, we strongly recommend pairing insulated packaging with an express shipping option.
