These have zipper protection, which is an inside flap that covers the zipper when closed. This prevents caterpillar injury if resting on the zipper during opening/closing.
For cleaning, soak entire tent in a mild bleach solution for about an hour. We use about 1/2 cup bleach to 5 gallons of water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reusing.
