If you need to remove a lot of steel to create a desired shape on a new tool, this Bench Grinder Mounting Set BGM-100 enables you to use the Tormek woodturning jigs also on your bench grinder. Take control of your profiles No matter which grinding machine you use, the most difficult part in sharpening woodturning tools is to exactly replicate the shape and the edge angle. With the BGM-100 you can now use the following Tormek jigs on your bench grinder: the Gouge Jig SVD-186, the Multi Jig SVS-50, the Tool Rest SVD-110 and last but not least the Turning Tool Setter TTS-100. What does the BGM-100 package include? The package includes a height adjustable block, hardware, a Universal Support, a Horizontal Base, feet for the base you will build and comprehensive instructions. Mount the set on either side of the grinder. Why introduce Tormek jigs also for bench grinders? We believe that the water cooled Tormek system is superior in sharpening virtually every edge tool in your workshop. However, there is no secret that when it comes to woodturning tools and you need to remove a lot of steel, the initial shaping can be done faster on a bench grinder. We know that many woodturners have access to a bench grinder and use it for the first rough shaping. If you have a Tormek sharpening machine With the BGM-100 you can use the same precise Tormek jigs through the whole sharpening process. There is no longer trial and error in getting the right shape on the bench grinder. Thanks to the TTS-100 setter, you can benefit from the fast steel removal on the bench grinder β and with the settings unchanged β move the tool to the Tormek water cooled grindstone and the leather honing wheel for the final sharpening and finish. If you do not have a Tormek sharpening machine If you do not yet have a Tormek machine, you can still benefit from the precise Tormek jig system to get the desired shape and edge angle on your bench grinder. The principle for setting the shape and edge angle is the same regardless of which machine you use. If you later choose to add a Tormek to your workshop, you will already have the jigs you need for your turning tools. About Bench Grinders Using the right type of grinding wheel Not all grinding wheels are suitable for the precision sharpening of edge tools. The standard wheels mounted on the grinder are often too hard and become glazed easily and clogged, which reduces steel removal and causes overheating of the tool. Worn grains must wear away so that new ones come into play. If not the grains will rub instead of cutting, which will increase the friction and heat development. Use an aluminium oxide wheel with the right binding β not too hard to avoid glazing and not too soft to avoid grooves. Wheel Surface The wheel surface must be kept fresh and clean. Use the dresser recommended by your machine supplier. Influence of heat on HSS steel HSS steel can stand a much higher temperature than carbon steel without decreasing the hardness. However, at the very tip of the edge, which is very thin, the temperature can easily rise to a level which will affect the hardness. Therefore, grind cautiously at the tip of the edge and do not allow it to become blue. OverΒheating HSS steel can cause a decrease in the hardness by as much as 4 HRC, which shortens the life of the edge. If you cool it in water, do not cool abruptly from a high temperature, since this can cause micro cracks invisible to the naked eye. Grinding dust The fine dust from the grinding wheel and steel particles from the tool can be a health hazard. It is best to use a dust extraction system, so the dust does not pollute the air. You must use a separate extraction system and not the same system as for your wood dust, since a spark could light a fire in the inflammable fine dust.Shipping Notes

Not quite right
Size: Small Storage Area
this is "as advertised" but
a simple extra ridge of plastic would have made it perfect.
the issue people are having with the arctis pro, the thing that makes you want a stand for it, is the base station is a little too light, you can push it when you go to use the knob's integrated button.
Issue here is the fit of the base is loose enough, you can still push the base out of the back. So it looks nice, and gives you a place to put the headphones and some other desk clutter, but it doesn't REALLY solve the problem.

3D Printed (Not Mentioned) and Base is Way Too Loose
Size: Small Storage Area, Size: Small Storage Area
I bought this to clean up my desk setup for my SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless, and while it looks decent from a distance, there are two major issues that weren't clear from the product page.
First, this is a 3D-printed product. Nowhere in the Amazon description or photos does it state that this is 3D printed. You can clearly see the layer lines and "stair-stepping" on the curves. While I don't mind 3D printing in general, for this price point, I expected a standard injection-molded plastic finish. The product page feels a bit misleading by omitting this detail.
Second, the fit is very poor. The "integrated dock" for the GameDAC station doesn't actually lock into place. There is no snap or friction fit; it sits so loosely that you can slide the DAC out of the front or back with the single push of a finger. This makes it feel unstable, especially when you are trying to use the volume dial or swap out batteries.
Bottom Line: Itβs a nice idea and fits the aesthetic of the headset, but the execution feels like a prototype rather than a finished consumer product. If you're looking for a secure "lock-in" feel for your expensive base station, this isn't it.

High quality stand
Style: Swivel Base, Color: Silver, Style: Swivel Base, Color: Silver
The mStand 360 is an amazing stand. I love how it is built from a single piece of aluminum and looks amazing on my desk. It fits my Macbook Pro 15" extremely well and raises it up to the height of my monitor easily. Not only does it help me improve my posture, but it also neatens up my desk significantly. I can easily fit an external keyboard under my Macbook when I am not using it, clearing up space. The hole in the back is also useful for bunching cables together that go directly into my Macbook, keeping my cables off the floor when I take my Macbook to go somewhere.
The stand feels very stable, with no chance of my Macbook falling off. The aluminum C shape does have a slight bend on it if you put extra weight on it, but all in all, it feels very sturdy. The rubber padding on the stand also keeps the stand from scraping or damaging any part of my laptop and I feel very comfortable trusting the stand with my laptop. I would not recommend typing on a laptop keyboard while it is on the stand, but it works great with external keyboards.
The swivel feature met my expectations, allowing the laptop to be easily turned. Thankfully, it was not too easy to turn and my laptop does not turn itself when in the stand. It is a nice feature to have, especially because I paid only 5$ extra for it (the price for the swivel stand seems to have increased since then).
I am very happy with my purchase, even though it did seem a little expensive. I am wholly satisfied that I spent the extra 20$ to get a great laptop stand that will probably last for years.

This stand is just perfect!
Style: Swivel Base, Color: Space Gray
I first started looking at stands when I learned that staring at a laptop for hours can cause back injuries.
So, I got the idea to use a stand, at home. This stand allows me to have a keyboard and mouse and use my laptop as a glorified desktop with a smaller monitor.
I was astonished at the quality of this stand. It is better built than it needs to be, but I am not complaining at all about this. Let's face it, we spend a lot of money on our laptops, and you want to have a great platform to sit your laptop on.
I love the ability to swivel the stand. My desk is very close to a window that lets in a lot of the sun at certain times of days. This would result in a glare if not for the ability to spin my computer ever so slightly in either direction to combat this problem.
Also, it is a great cable manager with the hole on the back of the stand that makes everything look cleaner and more organized. The color matches my MacBook perfectly and looks like it is an Apple product.
Summary:
Great product. High quality. Looks great. Swizel is impressive and useful.

Perfect stand for your Apple products
Style: Swivel Base, Color: Silver
I loved the look and design of this stand so much that I bought two of them, one for my work office and one for my home office. I have a 13" Macbook Pro and the screen sits at the perfect height for me. I do not feel like I am straining my neck looking down at my computer screen anymore. At both my work and home offices I have Apple display monitors, so now my laptop screen is inline with my monitors, AND matches their bases, which is very nice.
The keyboard is at a nice angle and isn't too high off the desk if you need to use the trackpad or keyboard. However, I recommend using a secondary keyboard and mouse. The keyboard sits about 4" off the desk so there is room to store your secondary keyboard and mouse underneath the stand. But because it is 4" off the desk, it makes it uncomfortable to type on the laptop or use the trackpad for an extended period of time.
The cord keeper hole in the back of the stand is a nice touch, however if your cords are too tight, it will rotate your stand. The swivel is a nice touch, but it is somewhat sensitive. So far no accidental bumps have irritated me, which was one of my concerns before I purchased. All-in-all I would recommend this product to anyone who uses their laptop with a secondary display, regardless of if you use Apple products or not. It is a well made stand and looks good, and seems like it will accommodate most laptops (within the manufacturers guidelines).
