The next Four-Session Facilitated Virtual “Living a Values Based Life” Course begins April 16th. Learn to discover, clarify and, most importantly, live in alignment with your highest values in order to create a less stressful life filled with purpose and meaning. The four live Zoom sessions will be facilitated by the creator of the "Values Based Life" approach, Robert MacPhee, who will also provide personalized support to all participants during the entire five weeks of the course.

SESSION THREE (April 28th 6:30 PM PDT)
Review clarified Ways of Being, learn, explore and practice implementation strategy. Between sessions, continue practicing implementation strategy, getting feedback and support from facilitation team along the way.
SESSION FOUR (May 12th 6:30 PM PDT)
Review experiences with practicing living in alignment with your highest values, get feedback on adjustments to be made.
All sessions are recorded and made available to participants who cannot be on all of the live Zoom calls or wish to review the content. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
