The grapes are destined and macerated for a short period of time to preserve fruit and fresheness.

The grapes are destined and macerated for a short period of time to preserve fruit and fresheness. After gentle pressing the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Bottled without fining, filtration with just a small amount of sulphur added.
