Instructions:

1. Remove sheet from bag and peel off backing paper.
2. Place the long side of the sheet horizontally, position so that the medicinal agent (yellow portion) touches the area where roughness is a concern and adhere along the contour of the heel from the bottom up.
3. Attach the remainder of the sheet by covering up the heel and press firmly to adhere to heel. After attaching at night, remove the next morning.

• Reattaching will worsen adhesiveness so avoid doing so.
• If there is moisture on your foot, it may come off easily, so wipe well before attaching.
• Do not use on areas with abnormalities such as a wound, swelling or eczema.
• Should you observe any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness and irritation during or after use, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
• Do not use for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Use one of these for one time, for both functionality and hygiene.
