I own at least 4 products from SKIN1004, because they really are a great skin care brand to invest in with. It doesn't have a particular smell, the consistency is like water, and when you apply it is a bit tacky but no worries once it dries down completely, that goes away. This toner could be used by all skin types in my opinion. I will be trying their brightening toner soon, which I am even more excited about! Would repurchase.
