This dynamite creation from Ibanez clocks in with formidable sound and seamless playability. A double-cutaway poplar body drops in to start out, giving this guitar an easy carrying feel with plenty of resonance. From there, its AZES-profile maple neck extends out to offer an easy grip and smooth playability from higher to lower registers. Its jatoba fingerboard joins up with this maple neck with twenty-two medium frets for an articulate fretting experience on the fingers.
Sonically, this Ibanez comes to life with the addition of two Essentials single-coil passive/ceramic single pickups in the middle and neck positions. These pickups are matched with an Accord humbucking passive/ceramic pickup in the bridge position, giving this guitar an overall wide spectrum of sounds to play with. A unique Alter switch appears among this configuration for additional wiring options to show off the versatility of this Ibanez's electronics. Compounded with fine hardware specifications, this Ibanez features a T106 bridge with comfort round steel saddles that plays easily and offers the option for deep vibrato bends in playing. Ibanez split shaft tuning machines top off this guitar for quick tuning and string changes.
