DESCRIPTION: Step into timeless elegance with these patent leather heels—where mid-century glamour meets modern sophistication. Their high-gloss finish catches the light with every move, adding a bold, polished edge to your look. The sleek pointed toe and chic V-shaped vamp evoke the iconic silhouettes of the 1950s and ’60s, reimagined for today’s style-conscious trendsetters. Perfect for evening soirées or elevating your everyday ensemble, these shoes are more than footwear—they’re a statement of confidence and refined taste.

HISTORY: Thomas Wallace stands as a distinguished name in the chronicles of fine shoemaking—a hallmark of craftsmanship revered throughout the mid-20th century. Footwear bearing this maker’s mark was not merely functional; it was a testament to artistry and precision. Each pair, often bespoke, reflected the era’s devotion to quality: supple leathers, meticulous stitching, and an elegance born of tradition. To own Thomas Wallace shoes was to proclaim one’s discernment—a quiet declaration of taste and an enduring appreciation for the noble craft of the cordwainer.

Patent leather, celebrated for its lustrous, mirror-like finish, rose to prominence in mid-20th-century footwear, becoming a favored choice for evening attire and formal occasions. Its gleaming surface lent an air of opulence and sophistication to shoe design, perfectly complementing the elegance of the era. The pointed toe and graceful V-shaped vamp—hallmarks of 1950s and 1960s fashion—embodied the sleek, refined aesthetic that defined post-war style, where glamour and modernity walked hand in hand.

MEASUREMENTS: I would call these a size 8.5 - 9. They are listed as a 9 but are also narrow. I'm usually an anywhere from a 7.5 - 8 and these fit me once I'm standing in them. Guessing it's because my foot spreads on and helps keep them on. They are a bit looser than I'd like which is why I say more like an 8.5. Again they are narrower to please keep this in mind. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.

Length straight across side of shoe: 9.75 inches long
Width at widest point on ball of foot: 3 inches wide
Width at widest point of heel: 2.5 inches wide
Heel Height: 3 inches tall

wow, ahead of the rest, easy to use
Style: Headlight Restore & Repel Kit
wow, i have used a lot of products for my cloudy headlight lens. this was the easiest and the best so far. on a dry clean headlight, open the foil envelope and get the wipe out, wipe the cloudy headlight and it really gets the job done, a yellow stain builds up on the wipe. one wipe for each headlight. wipe dry with microfiber, then spray the sealant and let it sit, just wipe any excess run off on the car body. poof, done! looks good. says it can last up to 18 months. not sure about that, but i will take what i have now. go nu finish, another solid product.

Sprayer broke
Style: Headlight Restore & Repel Kit
Spray bottle broke half way through the 2nd light. Made do with dumping the liquid on a paper towel and wiping it on, but can already see spots on it

The stuff works.
Style: Headlight Restore & Repel Kit
This stuff works great, very easy to use and reasonably priced. It took headlights from that yellow haze where you can’t see the bulb inside you know what I mean to looking like a new light I couldn’t believe it worked that well with no sanding at all. just use the wipe to wipe the lens for a minute or two and it’ll clean all the oxidation off. Let it dry for a few minutes and then spray the ceramic coating on it and you’re done make sure and let the coating dry for a few hours before you touch it.

Don't get this for the protective spray.
Style: Headlight Restore & Repel Kit
The protectant spray is terrible. It is a pain to put on and streaks and runs. The instructions don't really help get decent results.
