Our range of Fortress devices have been extended with AFDD’s. Combined with our existing Surge Protection and A Type RCD and RCBO’s, everything a contractor needs to meet the new regulations has been covered. Arc fault detection devices offer extremely effective protection against fires that are started by electrical faults. Typical causes include loose connections, damaged and crushed cables, rodent cable damage, and deteriorating insulation due to age of installation creating conditions where arc faults can be formed.
