So I brewed my first pitcher and now I know what I need to do to tweak it. Considering how much a cup of cold brew costs at a shop, Iโ€™m stoked to be able to make my own at home! And it was delish!!!! And you can brew it at room temp, but brewing it in the fridge will yield a smoother and less acidic taste, if you can wait that long for the result ;)
