The Parties have agreed to make the follow changes to the earlier bought mailbox on ETSY:
- longer post (42"): 40 USD
- 2nd bird (red cardinal) to be placed under the mailbox (put this bird on the swirled iron section at the top of the post below the mailbox itself): 80 USD
- numbers 23 on a door (must be at least 2 inches in height and should be in bright shiny brass/bronze to show up against the darker mailbox door color): 30 USD.
- change of a handle on a door: no additional cost.
- mounting plate on a post at the bottom for bolt ankering: no additional cost.
In total: 150 USD.
