Maxime Dupraz. They work 18ha of vineyards in the foothills of the Chartreuse Massif in Apremont, within the lieu-dit of Le Reposoir. Jérémy and Maxime farm organically by hand, and produce natural wines to obtain the purest expression of Jacquere and other grapes, such as Mondeuse and Altesse. They use a unique method of pruning with the vines shaped like a Y, which means the leaves have more direct sunlight leading to sweeter and better quality grapes.

This cuvee is an homage to the Jacquere grape, extremely refreshing with notes of juicy pears and green apple, clean with an alpine acidity. A summer smasher and a must to drink alongside aperitifs.
