Has two rubber reducers to fill in gap around the umbrella pole. Only issue is the shank on the bolt is too long (bolt that secures pipe to base). Extra bolt was too short. We are purchasing another one for another umbrella stand. Great price for the product! And was easy to install, keeps the umbrella straight and upright!
