Offbeat Wines, just outside Salisbury, was established by former marine biologists Daniel and Nicola Ham with a simple aim – to produce pure, unadulterated, and enjoyable English wines with environmental preservation and sustainability at the forefront of everything they do. We love their wines!

Wild Juice Chase is a crunchy red pet nat packed full of bright red fruit. Organic Triomphe and Bacchus grapes grown in Test Valley, Hampshire were harvested by hand. The Triomphe is from 2021 and underwent semi-carbonic fermentation with indigenous yeast before ageing in old barrels for 1 year. This was blended with direct press Triomphe and Bacchus that had been macerated for 2 days (both from the 2022 vintage). Fermentation continued in the bottle, creating the delightful effervescence, with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.
