This stunning rich black 90s dress is, for me, the perfect representation of sophisticated style from this decade with a hat tip to eras that came before from the 20s through to the 60s. The quality velour has such a gorgeous weight and drape to it.  It is fitted and flared in all the right places. The sexy deep V back on this beauty is just the icing on the cake. This dress is in excellent, gently worn, vintage condition.
