Het is bedoeld voor lichamelijk actieve volwassenen en topsporters.
Aanbevolen gebruik: 2-4 capsules per dag innemen, voor optimale resultaten twee tot vier keer per dag 1 capsule drinken met een grote hoeveelheid water (voor het ontbijt, voor en na de training en voor het slapen gaan).
