Codorniu is een Spaans familiebedrijf en een van de grootste cava producenten ter wereld. De druiven die worden gebruikt om Anna de Codorníu te produceren, zijn afkomstig uit twee zeer verschillende teeltgebieden. De Chardonnay-variëteit komt van de wijngaarden in de regio met het meest continentale klimaat in de D.O. Cava, in Lleida, wat de druiven een optimale concentratie, een lagere zuurgraad en een vollere body en intensiteit geeft. De oogst vindt half augustus plaats en wordt altijd 's nachts uitgevoerd om de druiven zo koel mogelijk te houden, aroma te behouden en oxidatie of spontane fermentatie te voorkomen. De druiven zijn geperst, verkrijgen ze de most. Ze voegen vervolgens geselecteerde gist en de mostfermenten toe bij een temperatuur tussen de vijftien en zeventien graden. Zodra het fermentatieproces is voltooid en de wijnen zijn gestabiliseerd, vindt er blending plaats en wordt de resulterende wijn samen met de liquer de tirage (een mengsel van suiker en gist) gebotteld. De flessen worden opgeslagen in een ondergrondse kelder (bij een constante temperatuur van zeventien graden), waar een tweede gisting plaatsvindt gevolgd door een periode van veroudering in contact met gistmoer. In totaal brengt de wijn ten minste vijftien maanden op de droesem door.Hoe smaakt de Anna de Codorniu Brut?
De mousse (bubbels) is zeer verfijnd, mede door de lange lagering van vijftien maanden in de kelders van Codorniu. Deze lagering is erg belangrijk voor het prachtig resultaat, in de geur groene appel, rijpe peer en citrus schillen. De smaak is compleet in balans, rijpe fruit tonen van appel en kruisbes en een mooie dosis mineralen. In de ondertoon heeft deze Anna de Codorniu Brut ook tonen van gemaaid gras, toast en limoen. Obliterates stubborn dandruff at the source, but grab a heavy conditioner.

If standard drugstore dandruff shampoos aren't working for you, this is the heavy artillery. I put a banana next to the bottle in the picture for scale, which reminds me—this stuff will literally stop your scalp from peeling like one. Instead of just washing away loose flakes, the active ingredient (Ketoconazole) actually kills the underlying fungal overgrowth that causes the itching and flaking in the first place.
WHY IT'S A STAPLE:
• It works incredibly fast. Most people see a massive reduction in severe flaking and scalp redness after just two or three uses.
