Het Pollux vest biedt bescherming aan de voor- en achterzijde en zijkanten. De schouders en taille zijn gemaakt van elastomeer materiaal zorgen voor een gevoel van comfort en bieden een goede bewegingsvrijheid ook bij het besturen van een voertuig. Het model is ook voorzien van een Thermoliner gebaseerd OUTLAST. Een systeem van warmte en zweet beheer op basis van een Outlast voering. Deze stof heeft een temperatuur regelende functie die warmte absorbeert boven de 37 ° C om de lichaamstemperatuur een effect van extra koeling te geven, naast de uitstekende vochtabsorptie eigenschappen.
