Great customer service
I really liked this handheld frother, it was powerful with 2 speed and easy to charge. Sadly, after 5 months of use it completely stopped working. It took me a minute to find the direct contact to the seller. Amazon makes it nearly impossible to find the direct contact when you have issues and need to reach out to the seller. After digging through the site multiple times, I was finally able to reach out to them directly. After explaining my situation, they are going to replace my hand frother. The customer service rep was nice and understanding of my situation.

The VERY BEST frother!
This will be the only frother I will buy for the rest of my life! It has amazing power, 2 speed settings, a double whisk, and a case to protect the whisk!!! Thos are so many features that by far shouldve made this frother so much more expensive. I use this everyday for 2 things; to make cold foam for my coffee and I love making shaken espressos at home but the noise of shaking the coffee and ice wake up my small children which is absolutely unforgivable so I use this frother instead and its amazing.
