Milk & Honey Classic is de klassieker van M&H uit Israël. Het gebruik van ex-bourbon en STR rode wijn vaten zorgen voor een gebalanceerd karakter. Een neus van vanille, gevolgd door eiken en bloemige hints. Een lichte "body" met smaken van vanille, karamel, honig zoetheid, maar ook eiken en licht zwarte pepers voor de balans. Milk & Honey is de eerste distilleerderij uit Israël. Gelegen in een hippie buurt van Tel Aviv omringd door kunstenaars, vakmensen en ondernemers wordt er sinds 2014 whisky gemaakt. Het mediterrane klimaat, met 300 zondagen per jaar, zorgt ervoor dat de spirit zeer snel, maar ook elegant, rijpt. Naast de core range met ex-bourbon, ex-red wine en STR vaten wordt er ook geëxperimenteerd met rum, sherry en wijnvaten. De gemaakte whisky is koosjer.
