Questi terreni, poco profondi, sebbene siano a rischio di siccità estiva, conferiscono al vino, nello specifico a questo Riesling, personalità e una piacevole vena minerale. Lavorato in acciaio, regala un sorso vivido ed espressivo.
Ottimo anche per allietare l'aperitivo, si sposa bene con antipasti e primi di pesce.
