Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice e

Giallo paglierino, dai riflessi verdolini. Al naso si riconoscono profumi floreali, note di frutta bianca, tocchi agrumati; in bocca รจ fresco, di buona struttura, equilibrato.

Prodotto in Sardegna dall'azienda vinicola Santadi, il Vermentino "Cala Silente" รจ ottenuto solamente da uve coltivate nei vigneti con migliore esposizione, poste su terreni ricchi di argilla e sabbia. Dopo la vendemmia, le uve vengono sottoposte a una pressatura soffice e vinificate in serbatoi di acciaio inox; prima di essere imbottigliato, sosta per alcuni mesi in vasche di cemento.

Si abbina con piatti a base di pesce e carni bianche in salsa.
