  • Witte wijn - Rijp, rond en kruidig. Bleke, strogele kleur. Het aroma is zwoel met nuances van amandel en honing. Romige, fijn fruitige smaak met fruit van citrus en ananas. De finale eindigt mooi droog en houdt lang aan met een kruidige ondertoon.
  • Onze sommeliers adviseren:  Goed te combineren met rauwe visgerechten met soja van wasabi, en gebakken / geroosterde schaal en schelpdieren. Visgerechten met zuurkool en roomsauzen van pikante en kruidige elementen. Rauw vlees van gevogelte met paté en gebakken ganzen en eendenlever smaakt ook erg goed bij deze wijn. Net zoals winterse crème soepen en gebakken en ovengegaarde groenten van zacht gegaard spek en roodbacteriekazen.
