Ingredienten

Gebruik
Meng één scoop poeder (30 gram) met 200 ml water en shake goed. Je kunt ook (plantaardige) melk gebruiken, maar houd er wel rekening mee dat de voedingswaarden dan veranderen.Wij raden 1 tot 3 porties Designer Whey per dag aan. I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place.
