Fermentato in parte in acciaio, in parte in barrique e in parte in cemento. Maturazione prolungata sulle fecce, per 6 mesi, e affinamento di 12 mesi in bottiglia. Un bianco di razza, struttura e carattere, come solo una cantina immortale come Ornellaia poteva realizzare.
Il Toscana Bianco IGT "Poggio alle Gazze" di Ornellaia è un bianco molto versatile a tavola. Si abbina perfettamente a piatti a base di verdure o di pesce. Ottimo anche con carni bianche. Da provare su delle uova al tegamino con asparagi.

My four approve

My dogs, which I have 4, 2 labradors, one Jack Russell and one medium smallish mixed breed dog, all really love the bones. Three of them seem to be vigorous chewers the mixed breed girl being the toughest one on bones. These bones are holding up really well and the dogs really seem to like them. The dogs have not been able to get any big chunks off of the bones so I feel safe letting them have them even when I’m not watching. I would recommend these to Pet owners.
