Naarmate het vermogen stijgt en de motor zwaarder belast wordt, wordt een stabiele olietemperatuur steeds belangrijker voor zowel prestaties als betrouwbaarheid.

Ontwikkeld door Airtec Motorsport in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, biedt deze kit een complete oplossing voor voertuigen die tijdens zware belasting moeite hebben om de olietemperatuur binnen veilige marges te houden. Dankzij de grote externe oliekoeler wordt warmte veel efficiënter afgevoerd dan met het originele systeem.

De kit bestaat uit een grote Airtec Motorsport oliekoeler, een CNC-gefreesde billet oliekoeler adapterplaat, een speciaal ontwikkelde laser-gesneden en zwart gepoedercoate montagebeugel en hoogwaardige gevlochten olieleidingen met Aerotec koppelingen. Alles is ontworpen om perfect binnen de beschikbare ruimte achter de voorbumper te passen.

Dankzij het slimme ontwerp is de kit volledig bolt-on en zijn er geen aanpassingen aan de auto nodig. Er hoeft niet geboord, geslepen of gelast te worden, waardoor de installatie volledig omkeerbaar blijft.

And it is delightfully low-tech. Normally he tears a squeaky toy apart as soon as he can isolate the squeaky mechanism. But cleverly, the squeaky box is loose in the long belly so it moves from one end to the other as the toy is handled. That made it difficult for Bruce to locate it. The toy remained in good condition for 2 weeks of near constant attention by Bruce. But yesterday he zeroed in on the squeaky box and ripped Diny to shreds. I was sad to see Diny go so soon. But boy-howdy was Bruce happy with it. I'm gonna buy another because we liked it so much. And so did I : )
