Ik geloof dat ik de enige persoon in Nederland ben die nog alleen maar echte kerstboomkaarsjes brandt in de kerstboom. En dus ook geen elektrische lampjes heeft. En ik ben er trots op :-)

Maar ik heb daardoor ook een kleine afwijking: ik ben altijd op zoek naar de juiste kaarsjes. Mede daarom verkoop ik - dus eigenlijk voor mezelf - al jaren kerstboomkaarsjes van Bolsius (ondertussen is dit Müller geworden), maar die zijn er alleen in wit en rood. Totdat ik heel toevallig het Deense bedrijf Kunstindustrien tegenkwam. En die maken kerstboomkaarsjes in alle kleuren van de regenboog! En ivoor ;-)
