Het hout is gecertificeerd en afkomstig uit duurzaam beheerde bossen. Het steigerhout is behandeld met een antischimmel buitenimpregnant, dit maakt dat het zeer geschikt is voor buitentoepassingen. Het hout is PEFC gecertificeerd en daarmee afkomstig uit duurzaam beheerde bossen. Afneembaar met vochtige doek en niet-agressief schoonmaakmiddel. Eventuele aanslag verwijderen met zachte borstel. Bij plaatsing buiten bij voorkeur onder een afdak en na 1 Γ  2 jaar een nieuwe beitsbehandeling geven.
