Een krachtige maar elegante roséwijn gemaakt met druiven van geselecteerde en biologische wijngaarden, met een hoge aromatische intensiteit.

Waarom we van deze wijn houden

Deze roséwijn toont het mediterrane karakter. Een krachtige maar elegante wijn, verfrissend en aromatisch tegelijk. 503 BR is gastronomisch en veelzijdig en zal uitzonderlijk goed samengaan met vele speciale momenten.

Drink tussen 6-8ºC.
Aroma's: Kers, watermeloen, framboos, abrikozen, rijpe ananas, passievrucht, sinaasappel, vlierbes en verfrissende kruidige tonen

Black Grenache-variëteit, geselecteerd uit de Terra Alta (ten zuiden van Catalonië), waar het in staat is zich aan te passen en al zijn natuurlijke potentieel en karakter tot uitdrukking te brengen.

Alle druiven komen van geselecteerde en biologische wijngaarden. Het werkt met koude film maceratie om aroma's en kleur te extraheren, zachtjes geperst voor een maximale opbrengst van 50%. De most fermenteert bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur en gedeeltelijk in vaten, wat ons in staat stelt de essentie van de variëteit te versterken en complexiteit te geven aan de aromatische expressie.

Lekker bij 
503 combineert perfect van een mooi assortiment vleeswaren en kazen tot een breed scala aan pasta's en rijstgerechten. Ook erg lekker bij gestoofde vis (vissuquets, gebakken) en voor wit vlees, niet te pikant. Fantastische combinatie ook met Aziatische gerechten zoals sushi.

SMAAK
Brede en krachtige instap, met een goede zuurgraad en passage door de mond, licht bittere afdronk die het lang en aanhoudend maakt. Fruitige afdronk.
