Chef-koks gebruiken Activated Charcoal om fantastische visuele effecten te creëren, zoals pikzwart ‘houtskool’-ijs, zwart brood, zwarte kersen in een smoothie of zwarte ‘houtskool’ crackers als bijgerecht bij kaas.
