Vieux Château BoenoDe wijn rijpt gedurende 10 tot 12 maanden in nieuwe eikenhouten vaten en heeft een zeer volle body, een goede tanninestructuur en een mooie levendige kleur. De rijpe rood fruitaroma's zijn fijn verweven met vanille en hout. De wijngaard van Vieux Chteau Boeno is eerder klein, slechts 1,50 hectare groot en is hoofdzakelijk aangeplant met de Merlotdruif.
