De Airtec Motorsport oliekoeler kit is ontwikkeld voor de Volkswagen Golf 7 R en biedt een effectieve oplossing voor hoge olietemperaturen tijdens sportief rijden, circuitgebruik en tuning. Dankzij de externe oliekoeler blijft de olietemperatuur aanzienlijk lager en stabieler, waardoor de motor beter beschermd wordt onder zware belasting.

Uit uitgebreide tests op Europese circuits bleek dat de olietemperatuur onder zware belasting onder de 110°C bleef, terwijl standaard temperaturen konden oplopen tot 127°C. Hierdoor is deze kit een essentiële upgrade voor gemodificeerde EA888 Gen 3 motoren.
