Een goudgele kleur met mooie schitteringen. Aroma;s van boterbloemen, zeer rijpe gele pruimen en appels. Een bijzonder elegante, fruitige en frisse wijn met tonen van honing, ananas en appel.

Over Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen

Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen is gelegen in de Belgische provincie Limburg. Met zijn uitgestrekte 22 hectare herbergt het wijnkasteel enkele van de oudste en grootste wijngaarden van België, verdeeld over 5 verschillende percelen in de directe omgeving van het kasteel. Dit creëert optimale omstandigheden voor directe persing. De 18 hectare Chardonnay en 4 hectare Pinot Noir vallen onder de gecontroleerde oorsprongsbenaming Haspengouw en Vlaamse mousserende kwaliteitswijn. Door te kiezen voor handmatige preselectie, zomersnoei en directe persing, streeft het wijnkasteel naar de ultieme balans en finesse in zijn producten.

Vinificatie

De wijn ondergaat een fermentatieperiode van 30 dagen in 50% roestvrijstalen tanks en 50% eikenhouten vaten bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van maximaal 22°C, gevolgd door malolactische fermentatie. De wijn rijpt gedurende 12 maanden sur lies, waarbij 50% van de tijd doorbrengt in eikenhouten vaten en 50% in roestvrijstalen vaten. Na het assembleren rijpt de wijn nog 6 maanden in cuves. Vervolgens ondergaat het nog eens 15 maanden rijping sur lies en tot slot volgt een flesrijping van 12 maanden.

Best treat toy ever! In the beginning of 2025 I bought this for my 12yr old Alaskan Malamute who loves puzzles and brain games. She loved it and played with it every day. Also, we are crate training and before I leave the house I put treats in this toy and leave it in the crate with her. She has bad separation anxiety, but this toy actually seems to help calm her down because she enjoys it so much. I have bought many treat toys — this one is supreme. It’s not too loud or too difficult for the dogs to play with. So far it has held up without being chewed apart. It’s good quality, great size (orange for large breeds) and honestly, worth every penny.
