Met de Sencys 3 In 1 leg jij in één keer een stille, egale én droge basis onder jouw nieuwe vloer. Deze slimme ondervloer combineert geluidsreductie, lichte egalisatie en een geïntegreerd vochtscherm in één compacte oplossing. Het geëxtrudeerd polystyreen (styrofoam) schuim verdeelt de druk mooi gelijkmatig en zorgt voor een stabiele fundering. Toepassing

Deze ondervloer is geschikt onder laminaat en parket (inclusief klik-parket). De schuimlaag vangt kleine oneffenheden in de ondergrond op en dempt loopgeluid merkbaar, zodat jouw kamers stiller en comfortabeler aanvoelen. Zo creëer jij met deze ondervloer laminaat een betrouwbare, egale basis in woonkamer, slaapkamer of thuisbureau.

Geschikt voor

Door de lage thermische weerstand en de specificatie voor warmwaterbuizen is dit een uitstekende ondervloer vloerverwarming. De warmte gaat vlot door de ondervloer heen, waardoor jouw systeem efficiënt blijft werken. Het geïntegreerde vochtscherm beschermt jouw vloer tegen optrekkend vocht uit minerale ondergronden zoals beton of chape, zodat jouw laminaat of parket langer mooi blijft.

Drukbestendigheid

De kPa-waarde (kilopascal) geeft aan hoe drukvast een ondervloer is en hoeveel gewicht deze kan dragen zonder in te drukken. Een hogere kPa-waarde zorgt voor meer stabiliteit, wat erg belangrijk is bij visgraat vloeren. Dit helpt om doorbuigen, kraakgeluiden en schade aan de vloer te voorkomen. Deze ondervloer heeft een kPa van >60 en is daardoor niet geschikt voor visgraat vloeren.

Installatie

De Sencys 3 In 1 wordt geleverd op rol: jij rolt de banen eenvoudig uit in de richting waarin jij jouw vloer legt. Snijd het materiaal met een scherp mes snel op maat en leg de banen strak tegen elkaar. Tape de naden zorgvuldig af, zodat het vochtscherm volledig aaneengesloten blijft. Great replacement patio table umbrella.
