Tra i vitigni tipici del Collio, spicca senza dubbio il friulano, varietà vitata che è in grado di regalare vini di grande personalità. È il caso di questo Collio Friulano DOC, etichettato Schiopetto. Nasce da uve di friulano vinificate in purezza e riposa in acciaio sui lieviti per otto mesi, per poi completarsi con altri cinque mesi di affinamento in bottiglia. Prodotto per la prima volta dalla cantina Schiopetto nel 1965, ancora oggi rispecchia fedelmente le più profonde tradizioni di un territorio, puntualmente in grado di proporre con estrema facilità grandi vini bianchi.

Ideale da sorseggiare durante cene orientali, è perfetto anche come aperitivo, in abbinamento al prosciutto San Daniele.
