Werkzame bestanddelen
De werkzame stof in dit middel is 3,6 g psylliumvezels (vezels van de plant Plantago ovata) per sachet.

Dosering
Als uw arts niet anders voorschrijft, is het gebruik als volgt: Volwassenen en kinderen boven 12 jaar: 1-3 keer per dag (=24 uur) 1 sachet. Kinderen 6-12 jaar : 1-2 keer per dag (=24 uur) 1 sachet. Kinderen 2-6 jaar : niet aanbevolen.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
#De sachets vermengen met een ruime hoeveelheid water, melk of vruchtensap en onmiddellijk opdrinken. Dit medicijn mag ook worden vermengd met voedsel, bijvoorbeeld vla of yoghurt. Het wordt aanbevolen om hierbij gelijktijdig een glas vocht te drinken. #Bij gebruik van psylliumvezels moet over de dag verdeeld veel gedronken worden (6-8 glazen per dag) omdat anders een afsluiting van de darm kan ontstaan. #Niet langer dan 14 dagen gebruiken zonder een arts te raadplegen.
