De beste manier om de antenne op je auto te beschermen tegen schade is om er een Firestik veer onder te monteren. Deze Firestik heavy duty veer beschermd je antenne installatie tegen laag hangende takken, lage doorgang en ander situaties. 

Deze veer is gemaakt van verenstaal en is verchroomd. De bovenst en de onderste stukken zijn gemaakt van verchroomd messing en zijn voorzien van standaard 3/8 x 24 draad om te passen op alle FireStik en RoadPal antennes, bevestigingen en accessoires zoals beugels e.d. Maar deze veer past ook onderaan een FireStik veiligheidsvlag die ook voorzien is van 3/8 x 24 draad.

Looks nice and is a unique look to put mementos, small book, and photos. Pretty solid when tightened up properly. Shelves have a cheap veneer to them but you can’t tell until you touch it. It is very secure if you attach this to a stud. I did not drill to the floor and it is fine. Wall anchors suck in drywall and this is big enough you should be attaching to one stud minimum. Here is A little trick to secure the shelving unit properly if the studs don’t work in your favor. Take a pine 1x3 or 1x4 and cut to the width of the shelving. Paint them the same color as the wall. You will barely notice the board. Place the assembled shelve amd mark where the pipe anchors attach on the wall. Use those marks to place the boards and drill them directly to studs. Mount the pipe feet anchors to the board. See picture. Solid!
