Gember (Zingiber officinale) wordt al sinds de Oudheid gekweekt in Zuidoost-Azië, maar is nu uitgegroeid tot één van de top 10 meest geconsumeerde specerijen wereldwijd. Het is gekend voor zijn intense, pittige maar toch verfrissende smaak en is zowel geschikt voor zoete als voor hartige gerechten. De gemberwortels voor Biotona Bio Ginger Raw worden 100% biologisch gekweekt en na de oogst en de selectie gedroogd bij maximaal 45°C en verwerkt tot een poeder, dat qua smaak, geur en kleur erg dicht aansluit bij de verse wortel. Dit droogproces zorgt er ook voor dat de natuurlijk aanwezige voedingsstoffen en (fyto)nutriënten optimaal behouden blijven.

Gebruiksinstructie

Voeg Biotona Bio Ginger Raw toe aan smoothies of shakes in combinatie met vruchten (sappen), andere superfoods, (plantaardige) melk, yoghurt of water. Voeg eenvoudig en snel die extra gezonde toets toe aan diverse gerechten. 5 g per dag. Koel, droog en in het donker bewaren.
