Beschrijving: Tonen van Perzik, maar ook wat kruidigheid zoals komijn, droog met frisse zuren.

Lekker bij: Kreeft, licht pittige Aziatische gerechten, verschillende geroosterde groentes.

Leuk weetje: De zeer steile Stromberg wijngaard met 60 jaar oude rieslingstokken is op het zuiden gericht en heeft een bodem van vulkanisch.
