Producer Bob Johnston's name is printed as "Bob Johnson" on the disc media label, page 2 of the booklet and on the rear inlay. His name is shown correctly on the back page of the booklet which is a facsimile of the original album sleeve. This error was corrected for the later DCC Compact Classics version of this release: [r=1796633.
