De kleur is helder rood en heeft een intens boeket van frisse jonge rode vruchten. In de mond is alles perfect gebalanceerd, van de levendige zuurgraad, de romigheid tot aan de zijdeachtige consistentie. De tannines zijn extreem fijn en precies. De afdronk lijkt dan ook eindeloos.

Over Casanova di Neri

Casanova di Neri produceert met trots het witte label Brunello sinds 1978. Onze passie en liefde voor het land en onze eigen onderscheidende Sangiovese creëren een wijn die opvalt Door elegantie, finesse, hoge kwaliteit en lang bewaar potentieel.

Vinificatie

De selectie van de druiven voor en na het ontstelen gebeurt met de hand. Daarna volgt er een natuurlijk fermentatie zonder toevoeging van kunstmatige gist. De maceratie vindt plaats in een open Kegelvormige en temperatuur gecontroleerde omgeving. De fermentatie duur 23 dagen. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn nog gedurende 43 maanden op hout alvorens deze op de markt komt.
