Widt je dat dit proces enkele dagen kan duren en ook afhankelijk van de vochtigheid in de omgeving gaat men soms de blaadjes nog lichtjes drogen in een kamer met zachte temperaturen
De blaadjes worden niet gerold zoals bij groene thee en gaan daardoor niet oxideren.
Deze exclusieve thee, afkomstig uit Simao region, Yunnan, en wordt dus gemaakt van jonge knopjes vol zilverwitte donsachtige haartjes.
Dit is de perfecte witte thee.
De blaadjes lijken op zilveren naalden en worden slechtst twee dagen per jaar geplukt in de vroege lente en geheel met de hand geplukt!
Hiervoor plukt men dus de nog net niet geopende theeblaadjes, de buds genaamd. Vaak wordt dit ook de first grade van de witte thee genoemd
Vandaar is dit ook een prijzige thee!
Het heeft een kenmerkende frisse smaak en een fluweelzacht aroma.
Deze witte thee groeit op een hoogte van 1000 tot 1200 meter en is dit jaar geplukt in maart en april!

Great shoe, comfort

Love these shoes, they're super comfy. Laces stayed tied all day. I wear them in a business casual environment, or if I'm going out for a nice meal with my wife. They look good, the color is unassuming and neutral. they also elevate my height, I feel like it gives me an inch or so more versus regular shoes. This is my second pair!
