Deze adapter vervangt de originele plastic koeladapter (25mm) die in de latere AAN, ABY en ADU motoren werd gebruikt. Na verloop van tijd kunnen deze plastic adapters verslijten of zelfs volledig afbreken door de hitte in de motorruimte, wat kan leiden tot koelvloeistoflekkages en andere problemen. Onze hoogwaardige, billet aluminium koeladapter biedt een duurzame en betrouwbare oplossing. Deze adapter leidt koelvloeistof van de achterkant van het blok naar het verwarmingssysteem, en is ontworpen om levenslang mee te gaan. Bij de adapter wordt een nieuwe bout en een o-ringafdichting meegeleverd voor een gemakkelijke installatie.
Voor een goede montage raden we aan om een lichte laag RTV (siliconenkit) op de o-ring aan te brengen voordat je de adapter installeert. Dit helpt om eventuele oneffenheden of beschadigingen in het blokoppervlak af te dichten. Zorg ervoor dat alle roest en resten van de oude o-ring en behuizing zijn verwijderd uit het blok; anders past de nieuwe unit niet goed. Dit onderdeel is getest en gevalideerd op een goed onderhouden, roestvrij blok. Mocht je problemen ondervinden bij de installatie, maak dan de opening in het blok grondig schoon totdat de nieuwe adapter goed past. De pasvorm van dit onderdeel is identiek aan die van een nieuwe OEM-unit, waardoor je verzekerd bent van een gemakkelijke en betrouwbare installatie. Met deze verbeterde koeladapter kun je de levensduur van je motor verlengen en de kans op koelvloeistoflekkages minimaliseren, wat cruciaal is voor de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van je Audi I5 20V motor. I have read many, many books about the Camino de Santiago and this is by far the best. It is so clearly written that I felt myself walking along with John Pearson. His description of every aspect of the Way is accurate and wonderful to read. I only walked the last 100 km, but feel now like I walked the whole way and enjoyed it without the blisters! My husband and I are planning on walking the last 62 miles of the Camino. We are not going to be "real" pilgrims so I wanted to read books that would help me understand the experience. John Pearson did a good job of taking the reader along on his pilgrimage. But as a female who remembers how distasteful it was for old men to notice her, I couldn't understand the purpose of the descriptions of the physical appearance of the women he met. For readers wanting a taste of the journey, what did it add to include the description of a tattoo on the edge of a woman's breast and how many men were looking at it. So much of the book was thoughtful and deep and then all of a sudden there was a description of a woman as an object. Men looking at women is not news so it felt odd that the author added that detail throughout the book. If you are not bothered by the author's need to share his observation of women and how much wine he drank, it is an otherwise worthy telling of one man's epic journey on the Camino.
